Sai thum jo dodo means green garlic Jowar roti .it is a typical Sindhi breakfast . there is lot of garlic in winter season and from childhood this break fast is my all time favourite.lot of butter on hot hot bhakri is so so yummi.
Ingredients for Hara or green lahsun bhakri (Sai thoom jo dodo) Recipe
1.25 nos Green garlic paste.... tab.spoon
3/4 nos Green chilly paste...chilly
As required Salt..as per taste
1 nos Butter... tab.spoon
1/4 cup Jowar flour...
As required Handful corriender paste
1/4 nos onion (optional)
Directions: Hara Or Green Lahsun Bhakri (sai Thoom Jo Dodo) Recipe
STEP 1.Take a big bowl mix all ingredients (only left butter)
STEP 2.Knead it with water.
STEP 3.Use water as need and make a hard dough
STEP 4.Take a small part of dough and roll it
STEP 5.Make a medium shaped roti
STEP 6.Put it on hot tava and roast it on medium flame
STEP 7.As it roast both sides take it on plate and drop butter and serve hot with dahi or curd n papad or some pickle
