Ingredients for Hara bhara Matar kabab Recipe

  • 0-1/2 nos fresh Matarcup
  • 0-1 tsp Semolina
  • 0-1 tsp Rice Flour
  • 0-1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 0-1 tsp green chillie
  • 0-0.13 tsp Hing
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 inch Ginger -sliced
  • 0-0.13 gram Masala
  • 1/4 nos Aamchur powder _tsp
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Hara Bhara Matar Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a coarse paste of fresh matar,add all the masala and mix it well,teh add semolina and rice flour to bind the mixture and also for giving a crispy texture add some water if required.Heat a pan add oil and fry all the kabab from both sides till golden brown, serve it with your favourite dip and chutney.
