Potatoes are the base and life of these kebabs, i used ony spich green chillies and corriander to keep them healthy and light. Used corn flour to bind to avoid heaviness of besan/gram flour. Shallow fried so healthy and gud for diabetics too.

  • As required oil to shallow fry
  • As required Any sauce chutney of choice to serve
