As required Palak peas sweet corn gajar haradhania and pudina.

STEP 1.First boiled all the vegetables properly.
STEP 2.When vegetables get boiled turn of flame.make the paste of all the vegetable and add some ginger
STEP 3.Grind all the vegetables in mixer grinder with chana dal.
STEP 4.Add some desi ghee in kadhai when ghee is hot add pinch of hing.
STEP 5.And now you add all the paste in kadahi now add some spieces.
STEP 6.Salt dhania powder kashmiri mirch lemon juice mix well.
STEP 7.Now turn of the flame.
STEP 8.For sometime referigrate this mixture for better kebabs for 15 to 20 mins.
STEP 9.After 20 mins u made these kebabs for these hara bhara kebab u made any shape u like.
STEP 10.I made circle shape in this kebab.
STEP 11.At other side turn on flame add some olive oil for kebabs.
STEP 12.When oil is hot add kebabs for deep fry.
STEP 13.Now your kebabs turn brown color.looks like delicious.
STEP 14.Now your kebab
STEP 15.Is ready to eat.
STEP 16.U serve these kebabs with mint chutney onion nd lemon.
STEP 17.I also made peanut chaat for these kebabs for better taste
STEP 18.Onion tomatoes peanuts for this chaat and garnish with hara dhania and lemon.
STEP 19.Serve these kebas to ur family members nd friends.
