Delicious and a perfect appetizer recipe. Can be enjoyed as a snack on its own or served with salad. This small sized hara bhara kebab are perfect when you are bored from your regular starter recipes. This can also be stuffed in burger buns or sandwiches.

Ingredients for Hara Bhara kebab Recipe

  • A Bunch Spinach( palak)
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped green capsicum
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped beans
  • 1/2 Cups Boiled peas
  • 1.50 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Cups Boiled and grated potatoes
  • 1/2 Cups Crumbled paneer
  • 1.50 Tbsp Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1.50 Tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dry mango powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe

  • STEP 1.✨Process:-
  • STEP 2.1. Take 1 bowl spinach (palak ) leaves and boil them for 2 minutes separately.
  • STEP 3.2. Now take them out, in a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1tbsp chopped green chillies and saute them.
  • STEP 4.3. Now time for green vegetables, add 1 cup chopped capsicum, 1 cup chopped beans, 1small cup boiled peas, 3 tbsp mint leaves and boiled spinach leaves. Saute them for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.4. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • STEP 6.5. In a mixer, add all the boiled veggies and blend them to make a paste.
  • STEP 7.6. Take a bowl, add blend coarse, add 3/4th cup boiled and grated potatoes, add 3/4th crumbled paneer, 3 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp bread crumbs.
  • STEP 8.7. Now add half tbsp chilly powder, half tbsp garam masala, half tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, half tbsp jeera powder and 1/4th tbsp turmeric powder.
  • STEP 9.8. Mix everything well, make flat round kebabs out the kebab mix dough, cover them with bread crumbs and corn flour, add cashew on the center and deep fry them on medium flame.
  • STEP 10.9. Fry from both sides, till it become golden brown and its ready to be served.
