Ingredients for Hara bhara kabab Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1/4 Cups Paneer
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Cups reen Peas
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chillies
  • A Bunch Spinach
  • As Required Corn flour
  • 1/4 Tsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum
  • As Required Bread crumbs

Directions: Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan kadai heat oil and add green chili.
  • STEP 2.Add capsicum and saute till the moisture disappears after that add beans and peas and allow to cool completely.
  • STEP 3.Blend this with blanched palak and transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl.
  • STEP 4.After that add grated potato, paneer, coriander leaves, corn flour and breadcrumbs also add spices and salt.mix it well.
  • STEP 5.Grease hands with oil and make a small patties and put into refrigerator for 20 min.
  • STEP 6.After 20 min you can deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil.
  • STEP 7.When it’s become golden brown remove them on a kitchen towel and serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
