Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon green chili
  • 1 No.s Chopped capsicum
  • 3/4 cup chopped beans
  • 3/4 cup Peas
  • 2 No.s boiled potatoes
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 8 No.s Cashews
  • As required Oil

Directions: Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, capsicum, beans, peas, and saute it well.

  • STEP 1.Let it cool and blend into a coarse paste with spinach.

  • STEP 1.Transfer it into a mixing bowl and add boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, coriander leaves, cornflour, breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Mix everything well.

  • STEP 1.Grease your hands with some oil and make patties. Cover them with bread crumbs.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in the pan and deep fry the patties in it until they turn crisp. Serve hot with green chutney.
