Ingredients for Hara bhara kabaab Recipe

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup green peas boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger green chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Hara Bhara Kabaab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cups of boiling water. Drain,refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add spinach leaves, boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Add ginger-green chili, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala and cornflour. Mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Divide this mixture into equal parts. Shape each part into a bolls and then press it. Give it a tikki shape.
  • STEP 4.Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry all the tikkis on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown in color.
  • STEP 5.Remove from oil and keep it on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
