STEP 1.Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cups of boiling water. Drain,refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
STEP 2.In a bowl add spinach leaves, boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Add ginger-green chili, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala and cornflour. Mix everything well.
STEP 3.Divide this mixture into equal parts. Shape each part into a bolls and then press it. Give it a tikki shape.
STEP 4.Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry all the tikkis on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown in color.
STEP 5.Remove from oil and keep it on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
