180 gram Shrimp meat, cut into large pieces
180 gram prawn, diced
30 gram winter bamboo shoot
30 gram sliced fat pork

STEP 1.Add shrimp cubes. Add salt and stir it with clean hands. In the process of cleaning the shrimp, it must be dried with kitchen paper. This process takes about a minute. Add pepper, soup, and shaoxing wine and continue to stir. Add egg whites and stir for about half a minute. Add shredded winter bamboo shoots and pork diced, and stir gently.
