  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, bamboo shoots, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  • STEP 2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and pleat the edges to seal.
  • STEP 3.Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.
