Handi Gosht Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Handi Gosht is a popular Indian and Pakistani dish made with tender pieces of meat cooked in a rich and flavorful gravy. The dish gets its name from the traditional clay pot called 'handi' in which it is cooked. The meat is marinated in a blend of spices and yogurt, then slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The aromatic spices and herbs used in the dish give it a distinct and delicious taste. Handi Gosht is often served with naan or rice and is perfect for special occasions or gatherings.
