Ingredients for Handi Dahi Chicken Recipe

  • As required Oil
  • As required cumin seeds
  • As required bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 3 teaspoon 31/2 ginger garlic paste
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 chopped chillies
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • As required Plain flour
  • 1 kilogram Chicken
  • 200 gram curd
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 2 cup Water
  • As required coriander powder
  • As required cumin powder
  • As required kasoori meethi
  • As required coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Directions: Handi Dahi Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in an exceedingly pan.
  • STEP 2.Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,black pepper,cloves and ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 3.Add onions and salt
  • STEP 4.Add chillies,tomatoes and hot pepper powder, cook on low flame
  • STEP 5.Coat chicken into flour and so place it into the pan
  • STEP 6.Add salt and curd and blend well
  • STEP 7.Add coriander leaves, water and let it cook for 20-25 minutes
  • STEP 8.Add coriander powder, cumin powder kasoori methi,coriander leaves, garam masala and blend well
