  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a handi or deep pan, and add onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated meat and cook on medium heat until it is browned and the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water and cover the handi. Cook on low heat until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
