- 4 Pork sausages taken out of their skins
- 50 gram Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Small onion finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon Fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- pinch Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil

- 3 Cloves of garlic crushed
- 400 gram 2 tins of chopped tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon Green food colouring i use food colouring gel, as the colour is more vivid
- 100 Cooked spaghetti you only need about g/3. 5oz cooked spaghetti
- 3 Green olives sliced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato puree/paste
- 3 Radishes sliced
- 4 Sub bread rolls sliced in 1/2, lengthways
