Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 3.Add lentils, wheat, and spices. Mix well and add water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
