A super healthy traditional rajasthani gravy prepared from raw turmeric combined with green chilli paste, onions, peas, curd and seasoning ingredients. Tempered with ghee, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
STEP 1.Take some onions, peas, red chilli powder , raw turmeric, curd, tomatoe purey, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, ghee, garam masala, green chilli paste, salt, cumin seeds, asafoetida and mustard seeds.
STEP 2.Take a pan, add some ghee and add some raw turmeric in it. cook it till it starts giving away grease on medium flame.
STEP 3.Add some chopped onions, green chilli paste, tomato purey, coriander leaves, some red chilli powder, peas, salt to taste, add some curd now, mix well and cook properly.
STEP 4.For tempering-
STEP 5.Take some ghee in a pan, heat it up, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, garlic ginger paste and cook nicely till the grease leaves.
STEP 6.Now add this tempering to the sabzi pan. cook for some minutes. add garam masala and serve hot.
