STEP 1.First in a large vessel take water, salt & oil. When water starts boiling add noodles to it. After boiling rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process. Keep ready all veggies. In a wok heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste & all veggies to it. Stir fry till it become partially cook. Now add all sauces, pepper powder, salt, vinegar & noodles to it. Toss it gently on high flame. Garnish with spring onion. Hot yummy hakka noodles are ready to serve.
