Ingredients for Hadwa Recipe

  • 0.67 cups Suji or rawa
  • 0.33 cup Vegetables of your choice
  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 0.33 spoon Baking soda tea
  • 0.33 spoon Penuts
  • 0.33 spoon Crushed mirchi and adrak
  • 0.33 spoon Til
  • 1 spoon Haldi powder /
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • As required Oil for cooking
  • As required Curry leavs
  • 0.33 spoon Rai

Directions: Hadwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In one bowl take suji and add in curd and keep it aside for 10 to 15 mins.
  • STEP 2.Now add in grated vegtables. (Lauki,carrots,potatoes,cabbage,green peas) and crushed adrak and mirchi.
  • STEP 3.Once added mix in well and Add in penuts and other dry masals to it and keep aside for few mins.
  • STEP 4.Take oil in kadai and add in rai and curry leaves to it and pour in batter.
  • STEP 5.Cook in very slow flam for 10 to 15 mins appx.
  • STEP 6.Now turn and cook for another 10 mins appx. Check by inserting knife.
  • STEP 7.Once done cut and serve witg minty chunty.
