1/2 large yellow onion, peeled and root side removed

As required Tzatziki Sauce
1 large cucumber, shredded
2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

STEP 1.In a giant bowl, mix marinade ingredients and stir well.
STEP 2.In another giant bowl or gallon bag, mix chicken thighs and marinade, stirring well to coat.
STEP 3.Heat up the kitchen appliance to 400°f (200°c).
STEP 4.In an exceedingly medium bowl, mix tzatziki ingredients and stir well.
STEP 5.Cover and refrigerate a minimum of half-hour.
STEP 6.On a baking sheet or an oversized iron cooking pan, use the onion 0.5 as a base and position the skewer vertically sort of like a spit.
