STEP 1.Dry fry wheat for few minutes in a thick bottomed pan.
STEP 2.Grind to a coarse powder.
STEP 3.Mix this powder with milk and soak for an hour.
STEP 4.Heat 1 tbsp ghee in the pan and saute soaked mixture on a low flame.
STEP 5.In another pan, make jaggery syrup by melting jaggery powder and little water.
STEP 6.Add this syrup to wheat mixture and saute till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
STEP 7.Add remaining ghee and elaichi powder.
STEP 8.Allow to cool.
STEP 9.Make any desired shape.
STEP 10.Garnish with dry nuts and grated coconut.
