Ingredients for Gulabjamun Recipe

  • 26.73 g Seema Powder( grams)
  • 0.07 kg Sugar
  • 0.07 nos liter water
  • 0.03 nos liter refined oil for frying
  • 0-0.13 nos Cardamom

Directions: Gulabjamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, sift the Seema powder thoroughly through a sieve, knead it and make a light soft dough and keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then apply refined flour on your hands and make small balls of that dough
  • STEP 3.Now heat oil in the pan and shake the previously prepared balls in it on low flame.
  • STEP 4.When the ball turns dark brown, take it out in a plate. Shake all the balls in the same manner
  • STEP 5.Now pour water in a big vessel, add sugar and cardamom and cook it until it becomes a syrup of 1 string.
  • STEP 6.After that, put the shaken balls in that hot syrup and keep it covered for a few more hours
  • STEP 7.Check it after some time, now the syrup will have reached the Rasgulla well.
  • STEP 8.Now take out the Rasgullas in a vessel and serve
