Indian laddus has always fascinated us and the Gulab laddus are one of them. It can be easily made on any occasion. You can also store them in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container.
20 g Desiccated coconut powder and more to garnish
30 g Condensed milk
0.60 Tbsp rose sharbat
0.60 Tbsp Milk
1.20 Drop Gulab jal
A Pinch Red food colouring
Directions: Gulab Laddus Recipe
Ingredients (7 Ingredients)
STEP 1.Mix Dry Fruits 40 gm (Almonds, Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Pistachios, Melon seeds)
Desiccated Coconut Powder 100 gm (For coating)
Condensed milk 150 gm
Rose Sharbat 3 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Gulab Jal ½ tsp
Pinch of Red Food colour
Direction
STEP 1.Take a pan, heat it on a low flame and add desiccated coconut powder for 2 minutes (Take out 20gm desiccated coconut powder and keep it aside for coating)
STEP 2.Switch off the gas and add condensed milk to it.
STEP 3.Now turn on the gas and add red food color to the milk.
STEP 4.Add rose sharbat and colored milk into the heating pan.
STEP 5.Put the prepared mixture on a plate and let it cool for about 10 min.
STEP 6.After cooling down, make a small bowl of the mixture with the help of fingers and stuff the chopped dry fruits into it.
STEP 7.Coat the prepared Ladoo with coconut powder.
