Rose Kulfi is extremely easy to make and has a very creamy taste. It is the perfect dessert for the summer days.

STEP 4.Fill the mixture in kulfi moulds and refrigerate in a deep freezer for 8 -10 hours or overnight.
STEP 5.Now before serving, run the mould under running tap water for a few seconds then carefully pull the kulfi out.
STEP 6.Your Rose Kulfi is ready to be served!
STEP 7.Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
