Ingredients for Rose kulfi Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.67 Tbsp tbso cashew nut
  • 0.67 tbsp Almonds
  • 0.17 Tsp rsp rose essence /gulab jal
  • 0.17 tsp pink edible food colour
  • A Few Pistachios for garnishing

  • STEP 1.In a heavy bottom pan boil milk. Now add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes stirring on a very

  • STEP 3.Let the milk cool down. Add rose essence and food colour. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Fill the mixture in kulfi moulds and refrigerate in a deep freezer for 8 -10 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 5.Now before serving, run the mould under running tap water for a few seconds then carefully pull the kulfi out.
  • STEP 6.Your Rose Kulfi is ready to be served!
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
