STEP 1.Heat up milk and butter in a pan on slow flame.
STEP 2.When butter melts add roughy chopped white chocolate compound.
STEP 3.As chocolate melts add milk powder and rose petals.
STEP 4.As soon as mixture thickens switch off the flame and let mixture to become little cool.
STEP 5.Now add it to a plastic sheet and spread it with the help of back portion of spoon or bowl greased with ghee.
STEP 6.In the middle make a straight line of crushed gulab jamun.
STEP 7.Now make a tight roll and keep it in fridge for 1 hr to set.
STEP 8.Remove plastic sheet and cut it in to rolls.
