Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Cheesecake Cups Recipe

  • 1 nos Cracker biscuits
  • 1 nos Mini GulabJamuns (Ready to use)
  • 0.17 cup Cream Cheese
  • As required Softened
  • 0.08 cup condensed milk
  • 0.08 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.17 tsp cardamom powder
  • As required For Garnish
  • As required A few strands of saffron
  • As required dried rose petals
  • As required Pistachios

Directions: Gulab Jamun Cheesecake Cups Recipe

  • STEP 1.Coarsely grind the biscuits in a mixer jar. Mix the grinded biscuits well with the melted butter. Now add this biscuit layer in a prelined cupcake mould.

  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, condensed milk, whipped cream and cardamom powder. Beat with electric beater until smooth and creamy.

  • STEP 3.Now add this cream cheese batter as the second layer in the cupcake mould, fill till 3/4th.

  • STEP 4.Now add gulab jamun in the centre and they are ready for baking.

  • STEP 5.Bake these Cheesecake cups at 160°C for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven or microwave in convection mode.

  • STEP 6.Once baked check this wobbly consistency as minor cracks will start forming on top. That means it's perfectly baked. Keep it aside till it comes to room temperature.

  • STEP 7.Refrigerate it overnight or at least 4-5 hours before serving. Garnish it with saffron strands, dried rose petals and pistachios. Enjoy this delicious fusion dessert!
