STEP 1.Firstly make sugar syrup, add water and sugar into the pan upon on medium flame.
STEP 2.Cook until sugar dissolve and sugar syrup becomes sticky no need any tread.
STEP 3.Further add crushed cardamom and saffron and mix it well. Keep aside.
STEP 4.Now mash khoya in large plate, and add all purpose flour,baking powder mix it and knead with ur plam until dough becomes smooth.
STEP 5.Futher make lemon sized balls with the khoya.
STEP 6.Heat ghee into the wok deep fry upon on medium low flame. Until golden brown.
STEP 7.Ready gulab jamun drop in ready luck warm sugar syrup and cover with lid at least 2 hours.
STEP 8.Ready gulab jamun serve hot and enjoy!
