Ingredients for Gulab jamun Recipe

  • 25 gm Khoya
  • 12.50 gm Paneer
  • 25 gm All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Suger
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Cups hee for frying
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped almonds and pistachios for garnishing
  • as required Silver berq
  • 0.06 tsp Saffron thread

Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- in a plate add khoya, paneer and maida and mix everything Well rubbing with your palm. Make a smooth dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2- Heat a pan add water and suger and boil for suger syrup.add cardamom powder and saffron thread and make one thread consistency of suger syrup. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.3- now make lemon sized balls from prepared dough of khoya. Keep it on your palm and make smooth and round shape balls.
  • STEP 4.4- Heat ghee in a pan . Fry all prepared khoya balls on medium flame. Fry till golden brown in color. Remove from heat and add this in suger syrup. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.5 . After soaking in suger syrup remove from syrup and garnish with silver berq and chopped nuts.
