Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe
STEP 1.1- in a plate add khoya, paneer and maida and mix everything Well rubbing with your palm. Make a smooth dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
STEP 2.2- Heat a pan add water and suger and boil for suger syrup.add cardamom powder and saffron thread and make one thread consistency of suger syrup. Remove from heat and keep aside.
STEP 3.3- now make lemon sized balls from prepared dough of khoya. Keep it on your palm and make smooth and round shape balls.
STEP 4.4- Heat ghee in a pan . Fry all prepared khoya balls on medium flame. Fry till golden brown in color. Remove from heat and add this in suger syrup. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 5.5 . After soaking in suger syrup remove from syrup and garnish with silver berq and chopped nuts.
