Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • 1/4 packet Milk powder
  • 10 Litre Ml water
  • A Few For syrup
  • 112.50 gm Sugar
  • 112.50 Litre Ml water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Lime juice

Directions: Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add sugar and water cook sticky consistency. Add cardamom powder switch off the flame and lime juice and kept a side.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl add milk powder and little by little water make a soft dough and rest for 30 minutes. And divide the dough equal size.
  • STEP 3.In a Kadai add oil is heated, then add jamuns 4 or 5 cook in low flame. With ladle rotate the oil without touch the jamuns for 8 to 10 Minutes till golden in colour.Add the jamuns in sugar syrup for 30 minutes. Gulab Jamoon ready to serve.
