  • 1/5 Cup gram flour or besan
  • 1/20 Cup samolina (rwa)
  • 1/5 Tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/10 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1/10 Tsp Cummin seeds
  • 0.03 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/10 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/20 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.03 Tsp hing powder or asafoetida
  • 1/10 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/5 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1/10 Tsp black paper
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.40 Tsp sugar or as per taste
  • 1/10 Tsp fennel seeds or sound
  • 0.40 Tsp Ginger green chilli paste
  • 0.40 Tsp lime juice
  • 1/5 Tsp seesme seeds
  • 1/5 Cup chopped fresh fengureek or dry fengureek
  • A Bunch Some chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.40 Tsp hot oil
  • As Required Oil for frying the gota
  • 1/5 Cup water or as per need
  • 1/5 Cup Grated fresh coconut
  • 0.40 Tsp roster chana
  • 1/5 Inch Ginger piece
  • 0.40 g reen chillies
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 0.40 Tsp curd
  • 1/10 Cup Water
  • A Bunch Some coriander
  • 1/5 Tsp mustered seeds or Rai
  • 1/5 Tsp cummin seeds
  • 1/5 Tsp sesmee seeds
  • 0.40 Pieces Whole red chilli
  • 0.60 Tsp Oil
  • 0.80 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.03 Tsp hing or asafoetida

Directions: Gujrat Na Gota With Coconut Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a bowl strain the gram flour then add samolina and all spices turmeric black paper red chilli salt sugar turmeric cumin powder garam masala hing sesmee seeds coriender seeds fennel seeds cumin seeds ginger green chillie paste soda then add hot oil after that add water and make the semi soft batter then add fengureek powder and
  • STEP 2.coriender leaves and mix well
  • STEP 3.Now heat the oil and make the gota by hand and fry until gota turns out golden brown
  • STEP 4.First take a mixture jar add all ingredients and grind well
  • STEP 5.now take a tadka pen heat the oil then add mustered seesds cummin seeds curry leaves sesmee seeds red chilli and hing
  • STEP 6.After that put the tadka on the coconut chutney
  • STEP 7.And serve with onions
