Ingredients for Gujarati Undhiyu Recipe

  • 1/2 Tbsp Clarified butter - Ghee
  • 1/4 Tbsp carom seeds(ajwain)
  • 0.06 Tsp hing(asafoetida)
  • 0.13 Cups Surti papdi / flat green beans
  • 0.06 Cups Sweet potato, chopped
  • 0.13 Cups Fresh yams peeled, 1 inch dice
  • 0.06 Cups Medium Raw Banana
  • As required Salt (As per taste)
  • 1.25 Nos Baby brinjals
  • 1.25 Nos Baby potatoes
  • 1/4 Cups Grated coconut
  • 0.06 Cups Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
  • 1 Nos Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 Nos Green Chilli (chopped)
  • 3/4 Tsp sesame seeds ( til)
  • 3/4 Tsp Dhania powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi)
  • 0.13 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / deggi mirch
  • 1/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar (chini)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt (As per taste)
