One of the many dishes which is very famous in Gujarat is Daal here. It is made in a traditional Sattvik way i.e. without onion and garlic...it is mixed with jaggery and peanuts and amchoor for sourness. , tomatoes are added then tempered with mustard seeds , cumin , chilli , Ginger , heeng etc...😋❤️
