Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the morel mushrooms thoroughly and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the soaked morel mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add basmati rice, salt, and water. Bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat until the rice is cooked and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
