August is Govinda’s month and so does Guava’s too… as we say- Go-Go-Go-Govinda… lets say Gu-Gu-Gu-Guava… lets serve Lord Govinda with seasonal fresh Guava barfi, which is so mouth watering and unique. We have met with guava juices n salads so far.. lets make barfi out of this yummy fruit. And also guavas auds in digestion.

Ingredients for Guava barfi for Govinda Recipe

  • 0.08 Cup fresh milk
  • 0.17 Cup fresh pink guava pulp
  • 0.33 Tablespoon tbs fresh cream
  • 0.17 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cups grated coconut
  • 0.33 Tablespoon tbs pure ghee
  • 0.17 Tablespoon tbs lemon juice
  • As Required For Ganishing Few grated almonds
  • As Required For Ganishing Few grated pistachios
  • As Required For Ganishing Cardamom powder

Directions: Guava Barfi For Govinda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk till it lefts half , add sugar and grated coconut to make a thick paste. On other side, cook guava pulp with ghee and add cream wen it start leaving ghee . Later add lemon juice and introduce this mixture with milk n cook fr another 10 min till it become thick n start sticking on pan. Add some cardamom powder in last. Mould or give shape of rhombus barfi or laddu. And garnish it with grated pistachios and almonds and recite- hey govinda hey gopala…
