A spicy and savoury salsa made with cilantro and parsley. The sauce is comprised of onion, cilantro, green pepper, salt, garlic, jalapenos, avocado, a litttle bit of Olive oil, vinegar and a splash of water. Wasakaka is a savory sauce found in Dominican Repubic the sauce is made with lime or sour orange juice, garlic, parsley, salt pepper and olive oil. It is a Venezulan answer to guacamole but with a brighter tangier taste.

  • 3 No.s Cloves of fresh Garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1/2 No.s Jalapeno
  • 1/4 No.s White Onion
  • 1/2 No.s Avocado
  • 2 pinch Coarse Salt
  • 30 milliliter White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Wate

  • STEP 1.1 - in a blender add persley, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, avocado, onion, salt, vinegar, olive oil and salt.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - blend everything together in order to make a smooth paste.
