Ingredients for Grilled Schezwan Veggie began Recipe

  • 1/2 nos medium sized brinjals
  • 1/4 nos onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Corn
  • 1/4 nos small capsicum chopped
  • 0-1/4 pieces smallof cottage cheese
  • 1/4 nos Small carrot finely chopped
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 nos Green Chili Chopped
  • 1/4 piece inchof ginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Schezwan chutney
  • As required as needed Butter/ghee/oil for frying the brinjals

Directions: Grilled Schezwan Veggie Began Recipe

  • STEP 1.If you want, peel the brinjal in strips, it is optional, now make a slit in the middle of it, heat butter / oil in a pan and fry it from all sides on medium to high flame.

  • STEP 2.Now chop all the vegetables and mix

  • STEP 3.Heat butter in a pan, lightly fry green chilies and ginger, add all the vegetables and mix well, fry them on high flame for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously with a spoon, then add schezwan chutney and a little salt as per taste.

  • STEP 4.After roasting for 1 minute, turn off the flame and fill the brinjal with this prepared masala.

  • STEP 5.Now again put some butter or oil in the grill pan or griddle, about 1 tsp and grill the stuffed brinjals in it for 2-3 minutes.

  • STEP 6.Serve ready brinjal hot with your favorite poori, paratha or rice. You can also grate cheese while serving.
