  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, cubed
  • 1/4-1/2 onions, cubed
  • 1/4-1/2 tomatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon roasted chickpea flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • As required few skewers, soaked in water for an hour
  • As required oil to grease the skewers and for basting
