  • 1.17 cup Boiling hot white chicken stock or low sodium broth, vegetable stock, or water, plus more as needed
  • 0.42 cup Short grain spanish rice, such as bomba and calasparra
  • 2 No.s Littleneck clams, soaked in multiple changes of cold salted water until sand can be found on the bottom of the bowl
  • 2.50 Mussels, beards removed
  • 1/25 pound Large shelled shrimp
