Ingredients for Grilled Mutton Chips Recipe

  • 2 pieces Mutton ribs -
  • 0.33 tablespoons Ginger paste -
  • 0.67 tablespoons garlic paste -
  • 0.67 tablespoons Birista (crushed)-
  • 1/2 tablespoons Curd -
  • As required Salt
  • 0.17 tablespoons Green Chili paste -
  • As required Desi ghee - for brushing
  • 0.67 tablespoons refined oil -
  • 0.17 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder -
  • 0.33 tablespoons Raw papaya paste -
  • 0.17 piece Coal -

Directions: Grilled Mutton Chips Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the mutton chops and lightly pound the meat side.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl combine all ingredients except the coal and desi ghee. Add in the mutton chops. And mix well. Put in an airtight container and refrigerate. Let the Mutton chops marinate for atleast 6 to 7 hours or even overnight. Take the coal piece and put it on the gas flame and let it blaze. Place a small steel bowl in Between the marinate mutton chops container. Place the Blazing coal in the steel bowl and pour a spoon of desi ghee on top. Close the lid of the Container for 10 minutes. Take out the coal and the steel bowl. Mix the chops well. Heat the grill and roast the mutton chops. In between keep brushing with desi ghee. Cook until tender. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
