Ingredients for Grilled Miso Fish With Snow Pea Salad Recipe
1/4 tablespoon Soy sauce
0.08 cup Mirin
1/2 teaspoon Caster sugar
0.08 cup Red miso paste or white miso paste
150 gram Skinless firm white fish fillets, cut into 3cm wide strips
As required Udon noodles, cooked according to packet instructions, to serve
50 gram Snow peas, thinly sliced on an angle
1/4 Lebanese cucumber, halved, seeds removed, thinly sliced on the diagonal
1/2 tablespoon Mirin
1/2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil
