  • 100 gram 6 x pork loin steaks* 2 cm or 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking
  • 1.50 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown mustard seeds
  • 5 Fresh curry leaves
  • 1/2 Onion Finely Diced
  • 50 gram Samphire trimmed if necessary
  • 200 gram Warrigal greens leaves washed & rinsed well
  • 50 gram Wild mustard leaves washed & rinsed well
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 50 gram Paneer crumbled
  • As required Salt & freshly milled black pepper
  • 1.50-2 Large brown onions
  • 1/2 liter Vegetable Oil For Frying
