0.33 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tsp Oil/butter
Directions: Grilled Herbed Paneer Recipe
STEP 1.Take milk in a pan and keep for boiling.
STEP 2.Bring to a boil and turn the flame to low.
STEP 3.Add all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice and stir.
STEP 4.Now add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
STEP 5.Sieve and keep aside so all the water is drained.
STEP 6.Keep the Paneer in the fridge to set for 3-4hours.
STEP 7.When its set, cut into desired shape and grill from both the sides by applying oil/butter on a hot tawa or grill pan.
STEP 8.Enjoy with your choice of sauce.
