  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Log of halloumi , cut into large cubes
  • As required Salad leaves of your choice
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon White wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
