Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • 4 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 ounce each
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.13 teaspoon Smoked paprika **regular paprika can be substituted
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sweet onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey **brown sugar can be substituted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste ** ketchup can be substituted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Bourbon **optional i did not use this in my recipe, but it could add another dimension to the flavor
  • 1 ounce Cabot seriously sharp cheddar shredded
  • 2 Slices bacon cooked and drained
  • 1 Slices tomato or 8 smaller slices
  • 1 Seeded hamburger buns or your favorite hamburger bun
