STEP 1.Into a pan, add oil, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, sliced baby corn and enough salt.
STEP 2.Saute well.
STEP 3.Add pepper powder.
STEP 4.Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off flame.
STEP 5.Take a bread slice, spread butter and arrange it with sliced cucumber, cooked veg. mix, sandwich spread, cheese slice and finish it with another bread slice.
STEP 6.Place it in sandwich maker or you can enjoy it by place it in a grilled pan with butter coating and put a plate over the sandwich and give a little pressure on both sides and enjoy grilled sandwich without a sandwich maker🙂
