7 nos babycorns washed
1/4 cup Coconut milk
As required Lemongrass
1/2 tsp Red chilli paste
1 nos Lime Juice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 nos ” ginger chopped
0-1 nos Garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp Brown Sugar
As required Salt
7 nos bamboo skewers
As required For satay sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 nos Lime Juice
As required Salt as per taste
Directions: Grilled Babycorn With Satay Sauce #glen Recipe
STEP 1.Wash the babycorns, set aside
STEP 2.In a bowl add coconut milk, lemongrass, salt, lime juice, brown sugar, red chilli paste, turneric powder, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and set aside for 1 hr
STEP 3.Grill the Babycorn and set aside
STEP 4.For Satay Sauce
STEP 5.In a bowl add peanut butter, soya sauce, lime juice, salt and the left over marination
STEP 6.Garnish and dip the Babycorn into the Sauce
