  • 20 ounce Ahi tuna filet
  • As required Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper

Cooking Directions

  • Rub the ahi tuna with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the Ahi Tuna on your heated grill.
  • Sear on each side for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Put all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.
  • Serve with sauce on top or as a dip and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • Do not cook the tuna through the middle, it should still be bright red. If you cook it through, it will become tough and lose flavour.
