Ingredients for Grilled Adobo Pork Chops Recipe

  • 6 Guajilo chiles deveined and seeds removed
  • 2 Ancho chiles deveined and seeds removed
  • 5 garlic roasted
  • 1/4 onion roasted
  • 1 Chile Chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 5 Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon achiote paste
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
  • 12 boneless pork chops

  • STEP 1.Boil water in pan and turn of the heat

  • STEP 2.Add the guajillo chiles and ancho chiles to the pan

step 3

  • STEP 3.Cover the lid and rest for 5mins

step 4

  • STEP 4.Char the garlic and onion

step 5

  • STEP 5.Blend smooth , the garlic ,onion,chipotle,bay leaves,pepper,oregano,cumin,cinnamon,cloves,apple cider vinegar,water,achiote paste,salt,pineapple juice and boiled chilies in a blender

  • STEP 6.Pour adobo sauce and cover each pork chops

  • STEP 7.Coat well

  • STEP 8.Cover with plastic and marinade refrigerate for 4hours

  • STEP 9.Heat the grill

step 10

  • STEP 1.Cook the pork on each side for 4mins. And serve.
