0.17 cup Cooked daal -
0.33 teaspoon Fennel -
0.33 nos Onion - (chopped)
0.33 nos Green chilli - (chopped)
0.17 tablespoon Turmeric Powder -
As required Salt
As required Curry leaves
0.67 tablespoons Oil -

Directions: Green Spinach With Grated Coconut And Daal(cheera Parippu Thoran) ππππ Recipe
STEP 1.Add oil in a pan and splutter mustards
STEP 2.Add fennel seeds
STEP 3.Add chopped onion, green chilli and curry leves. Saute well
STEP 4.Add turmeric powder and salt. Saute untill raw smell goes.
STEP 5.Add chopped spinach and add enough salt. Saute well and sprinkle water, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 6.Add cooked daal. Mix altogether and have delicious kerala style cheera parippu thoranπ
