Green peas with mixed vegetables to make a yummy masala side dish for phulkas or even basmati rice . I call it a bachelors recipe as it is all made in the pressure cooker which is probably the only main cooking appliance with a bachelor.

3/4 cup tomato purée made by grinding fresh tomatoes with 2 Kashmiri chilies for good colour
1 teaspoon coriander powder
pinch turmeric powder

2 teaspoon garam masala or kitchen King masala powder
1/4 cup coconut milk made using coconut milk powder
As required Chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon For tempering oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
