  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind green peas into a coarse paste. Mix it with gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, and water to make a batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
  • STEP 3.Cook until the edges turn golden brown and flip it over to cook the other side. Remove from the pan and shape it into a cup while it is still hot.
  • STEP 4.For the filling, mix boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • STEP 5.Fill the green peas katoris with the potato filling. Top it with yogurt, tamarind chutney, chopped coriander leaves, and sev.
